After the initial contact, we will arrange a personal appointment (on site or online) to discuss your ideas. We will clarify all the important details and I will provide you with a fixed price quotation. If there are no changes on your part, this is binding.

After accepting the quotation, I will then take your measures and you will receive the expected completion date. The prerequisite for my commencement of work is the timely receipt of the agreed deposit. The amount is usually 50% of the total order value, but at least €400 (except for small orders).

The deposit covers my initial effort and part of the material costs if the order is not collected. Payments can be arranged via bank transfer or PayPal within one week of acceptance of the order. Further information about deposit & withdrawal can be found on my quotation and GTC.

For individual orders, a delivery time of around 3 – 4 weeks can usually be expected, provided that standard material is used.
For group orders, the separately agreed delivery dates apply or are based on the availability of materials from my suppliers.

You can then either pick up your order or I will send it to you after full payment by insured shipping to the address you have provided.
